Critical: ProfessionalismThe desk staff and insurance lady and others in this office are so un professional. I called to make a complaint about a situation that happened with me and didn’t get a chance to speak to anyone instead received a letter discontinuing me from service! Great move staff !! I’ve been under family health since 1994 and if I’m not important to the doctors, nurses or staff ! The desk staff and insurance lady and others in this office are so un professional. I called to make a complaint about a situation that happened with me and didn’t get a chance to speak to anyone instead received a letter discontinuing me from service! Great move staff !! I’ve been under family health since 1994 and if I’m not important to the doctors, nurses or staff ! Dr. Palmer has been my primary physician for several years. Middle Georgia is fortunate to have this very good man servicing our area. After years of seeing other doctors who barely listen to you and just throw pills at a problem, i finally found Dr. Samuel Palmer. He actually listens to his patients and cares about his patients. He cares about your dignity. You’re not just a number to him or his wonderful friendly staff. They are the sweetest and most kind hearted group of people. Dr. Palmer chooses his staff carefully and it shows. They are ALL friendly, intelligent, patient and helpful people, during a visit and/or on the phone. I ONLY see Dr. Palmer for ALL of my medical needs because he actually tries to fix the problem, not load you up on meds you don’t need. He knows you can’t live a full life if you’re taking narcotics every day. He prescribes what you need but ALSO focuses on lifestyle, nutrition and exercise when he’s treating you and he goes the extra mile to FIND the problem. He listens to all YOU have to say before making assumptions and writing alot of prescriptions you don’t even need. After my husband had his heart attack and open heart surgery this past December, there was no question who his primary physician would be. I wouldn’t trust any other M.D. with my very best friend, my husband. So, my husband now has a wonderful Cardiologist and he also has the best Medical Doctor that Middle Georgia has to offer, Dr. Samuel Palmer. We are truly blessed.

I love all of the staff at Dr. Palmer’s office. My husband Randy and I have been going to him for 15 years now and we would not go any where else. He is the best doctor in this area!!!! From the front of the office( Nora and Carmin) are friendly, Keishel and Mary in the back are truly sweet women who wanna help you, And Dr. Palmer is like family each and every time we visit.

I tried to get some prior authorization on a medication that my husband needed that they prescribed. It has been almost a week and my husband still can’t get it. I called them and all they kept doing was transferring me back and forth to different people. I think I will change my doctor to someone with a better phone manner. They don’t have enough care for patients anymore for me. I liked them until now.

The doctors are great but the front desk has the worst service ever. No greeting, no smiley face, nothing. Every time you come in they have some excuse for not taking you. It’s either your insurance or something. When you call for appointment they say we take walk-ins before four and when you go they say we don’t take walkins after three. Then when I told Then I am Not leaving without being seen, since I am Here before four and that’s what I was told so I sat There. Then they make another excuse not to take me is that your insurance doesn’t have our office as primary doctor. Even tho I was Seen with them twice before with same insurance and it was changed in system. So they say we can’t take you until tommorow since it will be after four until I call Insurance and get the reference number. Such a lazy and arrogant front desk staff.

I had an appointment for tattoo removal. When I arrived I was informed that the machine was not working. A courtesy call canceling my appointment would have been nice especially when the office charges patients for cancelling without notice. Very poor customer service.

Terrible staff, terrible doctors, terrible nurses who have absolutely no business seeing patients. I was diagnosed with Gout and instead of giving me information on how to treat it, or even what to do, they told me to google it. For this Doctor’s office to be a “nutrition” facility for health and wellness you would think they would know how to treat gout. Nope, they literally told me to google it and follow the instructions I find on the internet. What a joke. All they are is a phentermine pill mill. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!!!
