Booked a service for dermaplaning and received a call the day prior to my appointment saying the lady did not know what service I wanted and booked me for a dermapen. The lady had to reschedule me for the following week since the dermaplaning lady was not available. I go to my new appointment and tell them I am there for my dermaplaning appointment, and the girl said my file said it was a dermapen. I explained what happened and told her the service I requested was dermaplaning. The lady who was going to perform my service was right there and heard the conversation as well. The lady begins the procedure but then grabs a tool and uses it on my forehead and it hurt. I asked her what she was using and she said a dermapen. I told her AGAIN I was there for dermaplaning. She said she was confused and it was too late to do the dermaplaning. She asked if I wanted to continue with the dermapen and I told her no because it hurt. She offered to do a facial and since I was already there for 10 mins with product all over my face I told her I would take the facial. I ended up paying $100 for the facial I didn’t even need and I still have not received the service I have been waiting 2 weeks for!
