Loved this place but showed up at 6:45pm when it shows they close at 7pm the girl who threads eyebrows heard me knock as she was working on only one girl and just looked at me and threw a sign with her hands like she isn’t opening the door. That is rude and unprofessional. She could have easily taken one more person especially since it says they close at 7pm or at least opened the door and said sorry miss we are closed.

I’ve been going to this place to thread my eyebrows for years since they were at the mall and have followed through every location since then. Yesterday I went to go get my eyebrows done I don’t even live in the valley anymore but still decided to get my eyebrows done here and they did a horrible job did not follow what I said at all and made my eyebrows way too thin and left me with a lot cuts on my eyelid . This business lost a loyal customer.

Only second time i have ever gotten my eye brows threaded and i might keep on doing it. I think it is the only place that threads eyebrows in the area. I do recommend it. Its walk ins only i believe and they can get you in and out in 10 mins.

Went on a Thursday around 12. Wasn’t busy and got my eyebrows done nice and fast. I loved how they came out. Same price as the threading from the mall but they have a special for $10 on mondays. Receptionist was nice. They also have lash extensions but i have yet to try them. Will probably fo so on my next visit. You must make appointment ahead of time for lashes.

Went in at 7:45pm waited about 3 min asked to get my eyebrows and sideburns done. Lady said she can only do one thing because she closes at 8pm. It does not take that long to do both, she would have gone OT about 5 min if that. She refused to do sides because it would take too long. Got my eyebrows done at 7:54. Needless to say she did not get a good tip from me.
