Arrived at business at 5:45 and door was closed. Rude lady said she couldn’t help anymore clients because she had a busy day and was already closing the register. She stated she leaves right at 6:00 and couldn’t reopen the register. I am a very upset because I drove from 20 miles away to make it there before 6:00 and didn’t get service !!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this location and they ended up cutting too much, leaving a bald spot on one of my eyebrows. Since my hair grows slowly, it took a while for my eyebrow hair to finally grow back. I do not recommend this business. Just save your money and go somewhere else.
