I love this facility, it has been amazing my 1st 2 visits. The staff is warm and friendly, love the ambience and it is relaxing to sweat out all the toxins while watching your favorite shows. They have a little room to relax and enjoy tea and orange slices after your sweat session.

My first visit here and I will be back. The front desk person was friendly and informative about what my experience would be like. Everything was super clean and they really made sure that I was comfortable. Love the coo lavender towels that they provided. All in all a wonderfully relaxing experience.

Not only this place is clean and super relaxing but the Girls there are truly amazing and honest !!! They help you even carry your box up (which is truly helpful, definitely not expected and makes you feel greeted and cared for) I really appreciate them taking the extra mile for customers !! Your belongings are right next to you in a plastic box and no one enters the room while you are relaxing (They only come in to check on you which is very nice, they even bring you a wet towel to put in your forehead if you are too hot!) I will definitely come here for many more sessions!!! Thank you ladies in Pasadena!!! I love this place!!!

I really liked this place. Very clean feeling. Did a 55 min sweat I bought on Groupon just to try it out. I can’t speak for the long term effects since I’ve only tried it once so far but I personally liked it. They wrap you in basically a Velcro sealed sleeping bag and heat you up while you watch TV. Protip get a towel and put it under your ankles as the bottom of the bag gets really hot. The girls working there were all very pleasant and professional. They check on you 15 mins in and again 20 mins later when then place a cold towel on your forehead. Quite a relief! After your session they take you into a relaxation room where they serve you tea and orange slices to help replenish what you sweated out. All in all I will be coming back again. Not a 5 star bc my initial interaction trying to book an appointment was a little frustrating as they don’t handle things directly with each location and the website is not intuitive to trying to book an appt. Also they had me create an account with mindbody that doesn’t even apply to their services

ShapeHouse is awesome. The staff is friendly, the location is clean, and sweating is the perfect way to release stress after a long work week. I sleep better, I’m in a better mood the whole next day… and it’s just nice to know there’s a place you can go to to meditate, or watch your favorite show, and also be releasing toxins and burning calories just by showing up and laying in a bed.
