I started going to this salon because it was convenient; on my way to work. Now, I go to this salon because I love the results. Cynthia is an expert at foil highlights. She spends hours getting the color just right. I have naturally curly hair that she cuts and styles perfectly. I feel comfortable at the salon talking openly with Cynthia about our lives while she works her magic. The salon is always clean and all stylists are welcoming and friendly.

Cynthia is my hair wizard! She’s the BEST around this area when it comes to color specialist! No more driving back and forth to Richmond for me! She has a ton of knowledge and loves to educate you on what she’s doing if you ask! She’s very convenient with scheduling and does her absolute best to work you in which makes it so easy and enjoyable for a busy mom and nurse like myself! Let me tell you. I had been going to the same hairdresser for the last 7 years. I was committed. She was out for awhile so I branched out and met Cynthia. I put all my trust in her to color my hair after I let it grow out for 3 years. She absolutely did a flawless job. I’m a new client and I’m not going anywhere. I use to never schedule out and usually when I’m about to leave the salon I’m already trying to schedule my next appointment. This is a quality shop.

My mother and I had appointments scheduled beginning at 2. We were a few minutes late due to getting lost, that part was absolutely our fault. However, when we arrived for the appointments, we found the stylist working on another clients hair. She told us from across the salon “I can only take one of you because I have to be somewhere at 3”. Even if we arrived exactly at 2, there was no way she would have been able to cut, dry, and style both of our hair. I was so upset, I didn’t even get her name. If this is how this salon is run, I don’t want anything to do with it. Hopefully for their sake this isn’t something that happens often.
