I found my new massage place. Booked an appointment for 3, 90 min massage each. All of us loved our massage therapist. I especially loved Annie. She actually got on top of my back and did some cracking that I haven’t had since I’ve been in Thailand! The pressure was very good and so was the communication. She really worked out some knots too. I was sore for a couple days after. The only thing is you might want to let them know ahead of time if you have any sensitive or injured spots so they go easy on you.

Surprised by the positive reviews of this place, not sure what services are being rendered to other patrons but mine were very dissatisfactory. Why even have clients fill out forms explaining areas to avoid, areas to focus on, etc. if they’re going to be completely ignored? I asked multiple times if I needed to explain anything to my masseuse, or when I would discuss what I wanted from my treatment with someone, but was waved off every time except for a cursory, “Yes fine, what?” right before my treatment. I thought “It’s on the form I guess, she’ll figure it out.” Fast forward to the strangest massage I’ve ever received, with seemingly no rhyme or reason to the areas massaged or when, including rolling my back out like dough over and over and over again at multiple, disparate times during the session, a complete disregard to the injury I noted on my paperwork or the areas I asked to be avoided, completely ignoring me when I indicated that certain things hurt (A LOT) or if I was uncomfortable, and almost no time whatsoever spent on the areas I wanted to focus on which were the specific reason I booked a massage in the first place, making the whole experience not only bizarre but a waste of time and money. Also, she spent a very long amount of time scratching the outside edges of my hair. This was nice for a bit, but then it went on for like… ever, without anything being massaged? At the end my hair was one giant knot. Weirdest massage ever. Very much do NOT recommend.

I walked in there hating 40% of my body and walked out feeling great. Clean, professional, and all around phenomenal. A little hard to find, it’s a single door leading upstairs to a series of businesses which threw me a little, but their space is welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommended.
