I used to go frequently for fills and pedicures, we have since moved, so it’s been a little over a year since I have been there. I have tried several other places, none came close to Shangri La. So I now make the hour and 20 minute drive to go back. VIANNA is always very attentive, we always have great conversation, she always listens to what I want. I love that you can tell they appreciate and genuinely care about their customers I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone.

I used to go to the place Before it became shangri la nails , I called and although all other places were booked they were able to fit me in! I not only loved the decor but she did a phenomenal job fixing broken nails, and reshaping my nails to my desire! She was so friendly and sweet! She was gentle on my nails and took extra steps to ensure I received what I requested! Highly recommend this place !!! Thank you

Feeling so disappointed in this nail experience. I visited on 3/19/22. I arrived at 6:15, and did not see service until 7:00. I needed a gel fill which is advertised as $45. Normal and fair pricing. I came in with coffin style nails (and keep in mind I have NEVER paid for shaping in my life and also was not aware people even charged for shaping) by the end of my nail session the woman in charge had rung up my bill as $95 w/o tip. $45 for a gel fill, $12 for shaping?? + $35 for this design plus more. And of course a design is going to cost money! But $35-$40 is nothing but outrageous. I was never briefed on this service costing $35 for a design and for my previously coffin shaped nails to cost $12. Nothing like that was ever explained to me. So i paid $100 for my nails to look like this. My nail lady was very sweet; but the girl that was “in charge” of the salon at the time was not. She asked me my age to which I replied “21” and she said that I could afford to pay this price because I was 21. What does that even mean? Stop robbing people of their money simply because they look like they can afford a bigger price tag. And next time disclose pricing ahead of time to clients, as you did not even attempt to do. I would appreciate a refund.

My daughter and I visited for a girls day and had the BEST time. I had a very thorough pedicure and my daughter had a kids mani/pedi.
