Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis review is about my experience with getting hair extensions with Kaitlyn.This is a service I have been getting done for many years.First you need to know that the amount of hair extensions that were ordered and purchased did not match the amount of extensions that were placed in my hair. During the process of placing the hair many of the hairs were either misplaced or simply were not places . So I paid for each of the sets by piece and they simply were not all applied. This is unacceptable.Normally one would take the time to wash and blow dry your hair before installing the hair. This was not done which will impact the outcome. During the hair installation there were many distractions going on like texting which is completely unprofessional. From March 2020 untilLast week I paid 5,000 to this stylist Kaitlyn who takes the money for service and does not apply all hair paid for.After the process was done at least fifteen of the strands just fell out of my hair. I tried calling and complaining about the falling out but got the run around about why it is happening.
