Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in yesterday for a haircut, I usually wait for a specific lady to cut my hair there since she was the only one who wouldn’t cut my hair too short, according to my specifications. However, all that changed yesterday, for some reason she decided to cut my hair shorter, way shorter than I wanted, shorter than I like to have it. At first I thought it didn’t look bad, but now I believe that was the lady’s way of styling my hair and hiding the fact that my hair was cut super short. She also kept spraying my head with water even though water was literally dripping from my head already. I came in yesterday for a haircut, I usually wait for a specific lady to cut my hair there since she was the only one who wouldn’t cut my hair too short, according to my specifications. However, all that changed yesterday, for some reason she decided to cut my hair shorter, way shorter than I wanted, shorter than I like to have it. At first I thought it didn’t look bad, but now I believe that was the lady’s way of styling my hair and hiding the fact that my hair was cut super short. She also kept spraying my head with water even though water was literally dripping from my head already. I’m never coming back here, the haircuts here suck now and they completely lost me as a customer.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m the beginning I didn’t have any problems with none of the barbers BUT recently they have been messing up first it was my son who is 5! I had to tell them to go over his hair a few more times because there was patches with longer hair they gave me attitude even after that I still have them a tip! Because I know what it feels to work in a salon …. But today I took my brother to get a hair cut he said he wanted a taper! The most basic haircut but they ended up messing it up I went back and told her to fix it and kept giving me attitude telling me this and that and trying to to tell me that that’s how it was supposed to look ‍♀️ I used to cut hair!!!! Soo I know what it’s supposed to look like . So I simply kept my cool and tried to tell her what she needed to fix. At the end it looked somewhat ok I’ll never be going back!
