Rebecca is truly an artist at what she does. She is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever went to. I have seen her for numerous cuts and colors and have never been disappointed. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and is committed to making her clients happy. She really listens to what you want and if you are not really sure or have difficulty explaining what you want, then she really takes the time talking with you until you figure it out. Additionally, the health of your hair is very important to her and she will teach you what to do to continue to have healthy and beautiful hair so you can look like you walked out of the salon every day! This place is great. We travel to Cincinnati to see family several times a year and my wife always makes an appointment with Nicky to get her hair done. They are very friendly and attentive to her. We have traveled from Boston Massachusetts for 3 1/2 years because she likes this place. Highly recommended.

I went to this place for the first time and my roots were dark but I was blonde on the ends. I wanted a highlight which is what I normally get but she said that she could get it blonde by color which I was ok with but really didn’t know what it was going to look like. I did say I didn’t want orange in my hair. Well my roots looked orange after I was done. It was time for them to close to I had to wait to get it highlighted. She stated that if I highlight my hair it will cover up the orange. Well I went in after a schedule mix up and got a highlight. It looks no different than it did before and I had to pay $58 extra on top of the $100 that I already paid. I don’t think that I should have been charged the $58 because It didn’t even do anything to change it. I am ok with waiting until i can get low lights but I would have rather paid $58 for the low lights instead.
