Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI decided to get my lashes done prior to my bridal shower and I’m so glad I did. Booking was easy and the salon staff was extremely helpful. I’ve only done extensions a handful of times and I’m always a bit nervous about the results ending up too dramatic but this was far from so with Jess – she is seriously amazing! Right off the bat she took the time to hear me out, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. I wanted a natural, slightly enhanced look and she delivered. Oh and she’s hilarious. We chatted and laughed the whole time, which was a big plus considering the appointment was about 2 hours. She’s detailed oriented and really takes her time with application – something to consider when booking! I decided to get my lashes done prior to my bridal shower and I’m so glad I did. Booking was easy and the salon staff was extremely helpful. I’ve only done extensions a handful of times and I’m always a bit nervous about the results ending up too dramatic but this was far from so with Jess – she is seriously amazing! Critical: QualityI brought the formula from my former stylist in Pittsburgh. They said they used different products but could match it. It had been a rich burgundy with lots of shine. What I got was brassy red roots, little shine and unwiped dye on the sides of my face. VERY upset. Will NEVER go back.
