I’m in disbelief of how badly my daughters nails came out. She showed the nail professional what she wanted as you can see the first pic below. The first time they painted her nails fully pink and not a pink French as she asked for. They redid them after I had to intervene , only for the nail girl to get upset and left nail polish all over her nails and also redid crooked thick pink French lined. They were so bad I couldn’t let her walk out that way -specially for the price. A second lady worked on them – she showed them the picture yet again and still thick uneven French tip. I mentioned it again and they were upset that I’m voicing how far off they are from the picture and proceeded to tell me all nails are different.

My daughter & her friend went here today Monday 9/26 for a manicure. Her friend had nail extension & UV gel mani. Three times the manicurist cut my daughters cuticles leaving blood on each cuticle – when she went to pay she was told it would cost $95! Three wounded nails for $95. My daughter only had $10 left for a tip & asked the girl for change & the manicurist took the $10 bill & said to her “no this is my tip for the nails I did” when I picked up the girls they didn’t tell me what happened until we got home in Westport – parents make sure you accompany your daughters this place preys on the youth

Never get your nails done here unless you want them absolutely destroyed. Besides them falling off within the first week, the gel and tip completely separated on three different nails. It ripped my nail beds up and ruined my nails overall. Pretty disappointing considering how nice everyone was there. Manicure

This is a great nail salon. The staff are very friendly, the price point is right and everyone is always accommodating. Julia does a terrific job with my pedicures and is always a pleasure to chat with. They are a very clean establishment and prioritize safety, which I greatly appreciate.

Read the reviews and it can be a hit or miss. Due to the current situation, it’s best to call to make an appointment/see if there is even a wait. I was able to get in within 5 min. from calling. Had a great pedicure experience with Leona. A basic pedicure will start around $25 and increase with any add ons. Very clean nail salon. You can add a tip to a card if you tell/ask ahead of time. But there is also an ATM inside. Will definitely come back and request Leona again.

0 stars really. The lady messed up on one nail and there’s were dents in the others. I’ve gotten better for a $47 dipping powder manicure. Now, I don’t mind giving tips but when you start demanding a certain tip amount, it becomes insane. The amount they expect to be a tip doesn’t match up to what your nails look like after. Really, you should never expect a tip.. just do your job.

So without even stepping foot into the door a phone call gave me bad vibes. So I am basically on groupon to see if I can get a good deal on eyelash extensions. I came accross this salon. So I called before i purchased the Groupon and asked what the next available appointment was, the person on the phone gives me a date and time for a Saturday. As im about to book I tell this person I am purchasing a groupon will this still work ? She then goes “oh no buy services here because we make no money on groupon…” WHAT ? So your telling me clients that choose to purchase through groupon get a bad appointment and bad services ? Is that what your telling me ? So why make the coupon available on groupon thats an agreement witb you and the site. Turned me off, I dont need my lashes falling out after a day because I tried to get a better deal…no thank you. BAD BUSINESS.

Do not go to this salon if you want a basic manicure and pedicure; you’ll be treated as if you are on an assembly line. I received a pedicure that was the equivalent of what my boyfriend would do if he lost a bet. The sad part is this was my second time going because my first experience was fine. I told her she did a bad job on the pedicure so I don’t want the manicure, she still asked for a tip!!!!!!!!! Ha, here’s the tip learn how to paint nails and push a cuticle back. My feet looked worse than when I came in. Worse part is management didn’t even inquire as to why I was upset nor did he care.

This has been my new spa home since summer 2016. Always clean, friendly, tranquil and they give me hot tea or cold water (my choice) without asking. I don’t know what experience others have had, but I go every month and they don’t pressure, ask, or squint for a tip. If paying by credit card, they ask “how much tip”… to apply to the credit card, but what’s the problem if you liked the service? I believe the command of English is limited for some of them, so it may have been misinterpreted. This is a fabulous place and they’re always introducing new, improved products. I drive from Hamden and make a day of nails, waxing and massage. Never a bad day here!

I have gone to three different nail salons and Vicki is the BEST and definitely a KEEPER. When I go I do not have any worries and it is such a treat. Vicki does a GREAT job and I am always pleased with my nails and receive many compliments on how beautiful my nails look. I would highly recommend her and I appreciate her service.
