Jackie did an amazing job with giving me the cut that I wanted and highlights to brighten my hair. My teenage daughters see Jackie for highlights and cuts also and are always satisfied (a task in itself!) and get many compliments. No one in the shoppe has ever been anything but welcoming and professional when I’ve been there; even when I am being difficult.

I hate to leave bad reviews or reviews at all but the haircut was not great, even after a few weeks I can not get used to it. The underside is long and one length with random layers on top that are shorter than you’d expect. I felt like my hair was being randomly chopped with no rhyme or reason, not how I’ve seen layers added before (but I’m not a stylist so). Also, was quoted a price then charged more. It could be a personal preference but I’m just not a fan of the cut, fingers crossed it grows back fast.

Critical: ProfessionalismOwner is very unprofessional and can’t take criticism. She gave a woman a very bad hair cut and when that lady posted it online the owner started to threaten everyone with a lawyer. She never tried to make it right and never owned up to the bad service. I stay away from places like that. Sure, the ladies are very friendly, but the hair cut I revieved was awful! The bangs that she gave me are uneven; too long in some spots and way to short in others. She managed to give me a cut that can’t even be fixed by someone who knows how to cut hair. I get to wait for it to grow out, looking like I cut my own hair the whole time. Beware!
