Second time this has happened, had an appointment for a haircut, mens so not high dollar. They call and ask me to come in later, I say no problem and go an hour later. Sit in lobby for 10 minutes as my stylist is putting color on a lady’s hair so I left. Not a call or text to apologize, they likely think I’m the rude one for leaving. What is up with people and service these days?
