Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy haircwas the worst I have ever seen after my appointment with some Tina person. Before I went yo my appt we conversed over messenger. I gave her a picture of my hair also gave her a picture of what I wanted. She said it was no problem and that she could make it happen. Yeah it was the most ridiculous hair color/highline job I have ever had. I left a message with the owner and as soon as she saw the pictures she seemed horrified. Agreed I needed my money back. Told me she would talk with Tina. Well got back to me and Tina agreed to $100 but wanted to try to charge me for the product she used. nope not going to happen. Well I got the full amount back. She charged mec$15 for the haircut, which I was not going to quarrel over. Trust me it was only a $15 haircut ugh. Tina then proceeded to send me a message with a condennsending apology blaming me for my bad experience. All the while telling me how comprised my hair was and hard to work with. She was UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND CONDENSENDING! TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER MORE THEN TERRIBLE HAIR COLOR! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PERSON! The Owner was very professional and concerned about my experience and agreed I needed a refund even after I told her would never come back to this salon again. Positive: ProfessionalismJaime is WONDERFUL at balayage. I had my hair Balayaged a week earlier, and it turned out streaky, and orange and red rather than blonde (nothing like how I wanted). I contacted Jaime at Shades of Envy, and she came in on her night off to accommodate for my schedule. She worked her butt off to fix the color and the blending, and made it look amazing. Jaime is WONDERFUL at balayage. I had my hair Balayaged a week earlier, and it turned out streaky, and orange and red rather than blonde (nothing like how I wanted). I contacted Jaime at Shades of Envy, and she came in on her night off to accommodate for my schedule. She worked her butt off to fix the color and the blending, and made it look amazing. She definitely knows what she’s doing with color!
