Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment with my mom scheduled for her and I and we where canceled due to an apparent family emergency but we re schedule for another day and when we went in for it and we where told it was the next day but we made him pull up messages and he read the day we where scheduled for as the day we where there we said we where already canceled once and now we are canceled a second time the first time was a family emergency you had and he looked confused about his apparent family emergency and then was like oh yeah yeah I know now he said unfortunately he can’t do anything about it today we are booked as we drove by at 7:40 absolutely no one except him and her where there no one was getting their hair done.
