My daughter made an appointment a week ago for herself, her two sisters and me. We all arrived at the salon only to be told there was no appointment scheduled. Obviously, Jill never wrote the appointment in their schedule book. Jill repeatedly said “there’s no appointment”. My daughter pulled up the record of the call. I suggest you hire someone to answer the phone so the people working with the clients don’t have to do the job of scheduler and nail technician.

Best salon I have ever been to! The staff are beyond helpful and professional. Always have great conversations with them when I get a manicure. Staff always makes me feel welcomed and makes sure I am satisfied with the service. The place is decorated beautifully which is definitely the first thing that catches my eye. Staff are incredibly professional, hospitable, welcoming, and my nails and pedicure came out fantastic! I opted for the royal treatment with my spa pedicure and received a small bottle of Prosecco to enjoy during my treatment. The place is also beautifully furnished and CLEAN!!! You can tell their staff go above and beyond with sanitizing all areas for the health and safety of their staff and clients. Can’t say enough of how wonderful this new salon is!!! Staff are incredibly professional, hospitable, welcoming, and my nails and pedicure came out fantastic!
