I enjoy going to shades of Beauty for my eyebrow wax and tint. She slays every time and she makes sure that you’re satisfied with the service before you leave. She’s dependable, I never had her cancel an appointment on me. Her customer service skills are great. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does and that she takes customer satisfaction serious. She’s honestly the only person I will let touch my eyebrows lol. She’s great !

I went to Shondra to get my eyebrows tinted & I’d never go anywhere else! She’s so sweet, so kind, so gentle, and over all just an amazing warm person. Her customer service is top tier and my eye brows looked amazing. I don’t do well with wax on my face so she shaped them up with a clean razor and tinted them after . The shape, the ombré…..everything was perfect! She’s amazing ! Definitely recommend!
