From the moment I entered the business all the way through my wife receiving her birthday surprise the staff was amazing. They made the experience relaxing and accommodating. My wife is very critical and was so happy with the service and how comfortable they make you a well as the quality of the service. We will definitely be back there soon. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReally disappointed… they won’t honor the prices they have listed in their website. I stopped to purchase gift certificates for massage for family and myself. The friendly girl at the desk gave me the price, and I asked why it didn’t match the website. She said that the owner made a price change and didn’t have time to update the website and is having a new one built. I asked if they would honor the advertised pricing, which they would not. I understand that businesses need to raise prices to keep up with rising costs, but they also need to be diligent in advertising the correct pricing.
