I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this one needs to be said of this tanning salon. My daughter went for the rapid spray tan for her senior prom. They gave her an instruction card and told her to wait 1 to 3 hours before showering, but no more than 3. They also told her that when she was satisfied with the color, she could wash it off. After an hour and a half, she was satisfied with the color of the tan and went to wash it off. After showering, the tan was completely gone and now 24 hours later, still no color. She called today to explain to them what happened to see if they could make it right. They told her that the tan could take up to 24 hours to develop, and it has been more than 24 hours and still nothing. She paid almost $60 for a spray tan that washed right off. They said that she could come back and buy a self tan pack, after she had already paid $60. Didn’t offer for another spray tan, or even a refund, nothing. Basically $60 was literally wasted that my daughter spent of her own money. Instead, she went to another salon tonight and had a much better experience. This was her first visit to this salon, but she definitely will not be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came to this place for the first time for eyelash extensions the other day. They staff were nice and friendly, but the service is horrible. About half of my extensions have already fallen out. I can’t even wash my eyes and face without having a handful in my hands and on my pillows when I wake up in the morning. I came to this place for the first time for eyelash extensions the other day. They staff were nice and friendly, but the service is horrible. About half of my extensions have already fallen out. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, however I have used SHADE for the past five months (level 2 beds) and none of the fans work. In all three of the tanning beds, it gets extremely hot and it is hard to sit in the bed for my desired time. I am writing this review in hopes that they resolve the problem, however I did cancel my membership because of this issue.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady at the front desk was very rude, never said that the legal three was a stand up bed. After charging my card. She put me in a level 1 bed which is half the price. She said she couldn’t refund my card, because no manager was available! And said they might be back next week. She had a bad attitude, wouldn’t recommend this place at all, the beds are old and don’t seem to change bulbs out!Number two on the review! As I was leaving the tanning bed. She made a comment on the sample size lotion I had used. Asking me if I used that lotion, I said yes. When while she was setting me up with being my first time, I asked the lady what lotion does she recommend. She told me of him for guys. So I put it on the counter while she was putting my information in the computer. I told her I want to try this. She didn’t put it in the computer as I thought she did. So she made a big fit as I was walking out. Being very rude and disrespectful! I’ve tried several different tanning salons in central Arkansas and Exotic Tans is the best by far. Jordan is absolutely amazing and will help you decide which beds and lotion are right for you. She’s full of tanning information and is always straight forward! The beds and rooms are always super clean and the beds themselves are great! My absolute favorite perk of Exotic Tans is that they keep your tanning lotion at the location, in a back room with your name on it. I don’t have to worry about carrying my bottle around with me and leaving it in my car! If you’re looking for a beautiful summer glow this is definitely the place to go. They have different levels of beds and they also offer spray tans and teeth whitening!
