Critical: QualityFrom bad to the worst! Will preface this saying I hate disparaging seemingly nice people running an honest business… I did not like my initial haircut I got here. It was a major red flag when the stylist did not even want to wash my hair until I offered to pay her higher price for thick hair. Never in my life have I gotten a completely dry haircut, she made it seem like it was a waste of her time because my hair is so thick she didn’t want to deal with it. At the end of my first haircut, I was just really disappointed, it was just not good. I eventually decided I didn’t want to deal with it until it grew out and called the owner. They rescheduled me for a follow up appointment to try to fix it. I brought photos, hoping it would be very clear what I wanted. I now have a complete hacked up haircut. I showed my husband when I got home and he was astonished, it’s all different lengths! It’s awful! So so so so bad. I’m so disappointed, just miserable whenever I look at myself in the mirror. From bad to the worst! Will preface this saying I hate disparaging seemingly nice people running an honest business… I did not like my initial haircut I got here. It was a major red flag when the stylist did not even want to wash my hair until I offered to pay her higher price for thick hair.
