I absolutely loved my tan and the whole experience at Shade and Seeker. I had my bridal trial done first and then I had my actual wedding tan done there and both times it turned out beautifully! They are very professional and also very friendly so you don’t feel any awkwardness when getting the services done. My tan was even and the color was great – not at all orangey. I’ve been to many spray tan salons since they started. This is by far is the best one I’ve ever been to. I live in the NJ area and work in PA. I decided to try Shade due to its convenience and it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely love my normal spray tan location in NJ but can honestly say I will be switching. Upon arrival I met Melissa. My appt was scheduled for 5:15 however, I had some cancellations and she took me almost an hour earlier. (Which anyone who knows traffic this was HUGE). Her salon is very modern, cute, and sexy all at the same time. Once in the room they offer everything you could possibly need. (Even disposable thongs!!!) I was primed with a primer, sprayed per my needs and desire then a powder for quicker drying. So in case I haven’t mentioned I was very pleased and impressed with Melissa and her salon. And honestly I’m a spray tan addict. So if your in town or live in the main line area this is the place to go.

this place is seriously the best one in the area. the girl who did my tan made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and the salon is beautiful and clean. i’ve had two spray tans done here and both looked natural (i’m very fair and have never had luck with a natural looking tan before). they also lasted over a week and were easy to maintain. i will be going back!

This was the best spray tan I have ever gotten! She made you feel so comfortable and the feel of the place was so calming. She is very professional and you can tell she has been doing this a long time. I loved the fact that she took the extra step of prepping my hands. My hands always looked blotchy or streaky after past spray tans, but with the prep she did, my hands looked naturally tan after with no blotching. The tan itself lasted as long as she said it would and looked so natural. I CANNOT wait to go back for my next spray tan.

As a very fair skinned girl, it’s always a concern for me that I will look orange with a spray tan, but Melissa and her products at Shade have produced flawless results every time! I love that you can schedule your spray tan on their easy to navigate website! Melissa makes you feel super comfortable and at ease (I am very insecure about my body after having 2 kids in 2 years). She preps, takes her time with the spray tan, offers nose plugs, hair nets, wipes, hair ties, disposable thongs, gives a little card to remind you how to preserve your tan, and offers to apply powder so you don’t feel sticky and wet afterwards. Melissa has gained a lifelong customer!

This is a great place to get a spray tan. I live in Downingtown and it was about 45 mins away for me, but it was so worth it. They explain everything to you, and what to expect during and after. Its an adorable place, and felt safe. They lock the door when you are in there so no one comes in on you since you are most likely going to be topless, although they make it very clear that you can wear bottoms and top, what ever you are comfortable in.
