Terrible customer service. Inexperience esthetician’s. I didn’t have a good facial she fumbled over my face during my facial. She was really rude and I overheard her say, “ oh, I didn’t know she was Black.” What does that have to do with me getting a facial? I don’t know. The products she uses are cheap and broke my skin out.
