In love with my new hair! Shabana did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and we had a pleasant chat. She took the time to listen to what i wanted, answered all my concerns and delivered perfectly. She knew what she was doing and kept checking with me to ensure I was satisfied. Afshan was such a sweet lady as well. She washed my hair before the cut and was super gentle with how she handled it. The salon was super clean. I loved the overall experience and would definitely recommend to others! ♥️

I got my hair done from Sandra last month at SHAALI Beauty. I originally had an appointment with Afshan but she was unavailable and Sandra did my hair. I am so glad I went ahead with Sandra. She is new to this place, but she is extremely professional and very sweet. She has good knowledge and she kept communicating everything as she was coloring my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and was extremely nervous. She knew what I wanted and gave the exact same results. I definitely recommend Sandra – she knows what is she doing and you can always have a good chat with her while you are at it.

I would NOT go here to get a balayage or anything that requires more than 3 colors because apparently the hair stylist there does not know how to. I had an appointment, they made me wait over an hour to get my hair done. Unfortunately I had other plans and could not wait any longer. When I asked for my deposit back, they were so rude and did not give me clear answers. I never got it back. So not only did they tell me they can’t do the color that I wanted, I also don’t get my deposit back for waiting around in their salon and getting NOTHING done. Save your time and go somewhere with polite hair stylists and someone who will listen to you when getting your hair done! Not worth it at all. Reading previous comments, seems like this issue has happened more than once and I am not surprised!

Shabanna is a MAGICIAN! She transformed my dry dull hair into a masterpiece! Her salon was clean and inviting. She was extremely pleasant and professional. You can tell her passion for hair cuttery the way she conducts her consultation and delivering EXACTLY what I was looking for. Even though my double procees took about 3 hrs, she was paitent and accomodating. Even after my hair was dyed, cut, and blow dried – she did not hesitate to make it right. My hair is thick and textured and was made silky smooth by Shali hair serum and top grade professional products. Her skill and personality are top notch! You have made me a loyalist!
