I purchased a full lash set with a fill and everything went wrong.1. Groupon had not updated their new address in Daytona so I drove to their original location to find it closed. I called the person and after she claimed she had given me the new address, she said it was a 10min drive. After an additional 20min drive, I was late to my appt.2. Location is not a spa, not relaxing at all in a lawyers office and hard to find because there is no sign. Instead of her rescheduling me because I was now 25min late, she took me anyway.3. She ended up doing a full set of classic lashes (normally 2-2.5hrs) in just about 1hr 15min. When I saw, I barely had any lashes added and they were clumped together at the base. When I asked her, she said she would fill them in on my next 2-wk fill appointment.4. I never carry cash and I tip generously;however, she didn’t accept any electronic form of payment (at my time of service Jul 18th, 2020) so I told her I would tip her twice during my fill appt (which we had just booked).5. After two weeks, I didn’t receive any reminders for my appt. I called the night before and the day of before leaving my house but no one answered. I drove 45min to the location, knocked on the door, texted and called but no answer. I relied on this appt and their professionalism Bc I had a big event I needed my lashes done for so I was frustrated and severely inconvenienced trying to find a place that would fit me in that day,6. This was a Groupon and she redeemed the full voucher (including services not provided)On the first appointment and ghosted me for the rest. I wrote Groupon and complained but they were only able to provide me a $15 credit. I’m pretty faithful as a customer and I’m not typically a reviewer unless you do something utterly disgraceful.
