AVOID TRISH AT ALL COST!! She cut my hair way to short and gave me the exact opposite of what I wanted! She had me faced away from the mirror at all times and she would not ask for my feedback regarding the length, instead she kept cutting off hair. If you are in school save yourself the hassle of being bullied by choosing another barber. Trish’s performance was embarrassing and completely un called for. I went to this barbershop in the past and used Lawrence as my barber and I really prefer him over Trish. My hair before this joke messed it all up was around 4 inches long. The haircut I was aiming for required to only take about half an inch off. Instead, I am left with only half an inch remaining. If you think this is a misunderstanding you are wrong because I even showed her reference pictures yet she still cut it exactly wrong. I am writing this to save you of the embarrassment that follows getting a haircut from Trish. I am not lying when I say that my current appearance has caused me social anxiety which I believed I had previously overcome but it is all coming back to me now. I have been bullied and made fun of and I am sick of it. I think it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning to Trish anytime soon.

Trish is a wonderful hairstylist & business owner. Her friendly personality always makes you feel welcomed at Sgro’s. The online booking system is very convenient as well. My husband has been going to Trish for years to get his haircut- She’s the only one that can properly cut his wavy/curly hair so that it looks good even when it’s growing out a few weeks later! More recently I’ve begun going to Trish for my haircuts as well. Without fail, I would highly recommend Trish for both men/women haircuts.

Walked in on a Saturday and got seated right away. She asked what I wanted and encouraged me to share any pictures. She stopped multiple times to let me look at the length (I hate when places have you turned away from the mirror the whole time – this was not an issue here). I got the exact cut I asked for and the conversation was good. Warm shaving cream and a straight edge line up finished things off. It was what I look for in a barbershop at an affordable price.

Best barber shop on the Eastside of Cleveland. Awesome staff and stylists with friendly and inviting atmosphere. The shop is always maintained and clean. Although the chairs are full with patrons waiting their turn, wait time is always minimal. They cater, young and old, to classic and new styles cuts. Come in for a quick trim or a full shave, beard trim, haircut, blow out and style.
