Unprofessional, I went to do deep powder and the girl who was doing me was mistreating my natural nails a lot with the file, when it was time to glue my false nails she gave me the wrong numbers, which left an encapsulated void inside that, I It caused pain and apart from the uneven ones it didn’t last a week as it started to crack and break in a couple of days I had to cut them all … And it looks like they are 2 weeks old.

Clean and friendly staff. I had just lost a beloved pet and in my grief, I only had two days to get myself together before leaving on a trip and they squeezed me in with no appt and it was my first time here. My only complaint was I asked the girl several times I wanted my toenails cut short. She filed a little more, but they were still long. Two days later on my trip the big toenail chipped.

Great place if you like paying $90 to have your fingers bleed. This was unacceptable. They laugh at you, don’t listen to you, and you leave with lumpy nails. Extremely overpriced and they rush through. I’ve had hemorrhoids that hurt less.

Critical: QualityI had a new gel set done, the first one since Covid. The market price was expensive but I’m seeing ridiculously high nail prices recently. I had an appointment and the person who did my new set clearly did not know what she was doing. Been getting my nails done for years and easily know bad from good. This was bad! The nails literally peeled off after a week and I even went to repair one a few days in and that was a waste of my time too! I paid over a hundred dollars for pedicure and new set, not cheap!!! The power had gone out and came back but was told their system wasn’t working and was asked for a check made out to cash. THIS IS SLIMY AND BY THE WAY ILLEGAL! I pay my taxes. I went to another salon and they had the audacity to also ask for cash and pointed to their ATM machine. Never go here…..after getting a pedicure and soaking gel polish off, a different lady was did my manicure and painted my nail a different color then my toes and tried blaming the girl who painted my toes!! Did nothing about it or even try to fix the problem!!! I then talked to Jennifer(owner?) And she wanted me to wait longer(was already there over 1.5 hours for a simple pedicure and manicure….”oh we are so busy it’s mother’s day tomorrow!” I told her ” I care if it Christmas tomorrow I want a refund of a new manicure/pedicure!!!!” So unprofessional and I will NEVER SUGGEST STOPPING THERE EVER, WORST EXPERIENCE

I almost cannot put into words how amazing this little hidden gem is. This was my first time going and I’m sold. I deal with extreme body pain from chronic pain issues after an injury and the one thing I ask my mom for every year is a pedicure because of the spa massages. We went here today and I was blown away by the service. After explaining about my bad shoulder, they took extra care doing the hot stone massage on my back while my nails were drying. That helped relieve my pain and I’m so thankful for that. The prices are extremely fair and I will definitely be coming back here. Also, I think it was the owner but definitely the manager, she was EXCELLENT. You can tell there is genuine care for the staff that and as a customer that makes me happy. I’d also like to add the place was EXTREMELY clean and for someone as OCD as I am, that was a huge deal for me (and why i stopped going to my old salon).

I had a wonderful experience and felt thoroughly pampered. The salon is spacious and very clean. I loved how my nails turned out. The hot stone massage was especially relaxing and put me in a great mood! I cannot recommend this place enough. It is no wonder that they have so many regular customers!
