I’ve been coming here for few years , the nice two girls left that place and I felt they was go good to work their with the rest . The owner is beyond rude I watch her disrespect and treat customers wrong . I feel there racist treatment and lot of different language going on entire time doing nails . I myself experience with owner a attitude and she started yelling simple cause I pointed out her prices didn’t match price on wall , she got crazy ! I told her be professional don’t yell at me . She said she was stressed from covid-19 business needing pay her employee etc . I still tip her walked out , I’ll be opening my own nail salon within a year or 2 and will learn what not to do in my salon from her salon experience and treatment . Very poor customer service and amateur nail techs who merely passed their exam. I broke a nail and went in to get serviced, the lady started the nail and then stopped, took someone else and I was waiting over 20 mins just to get a top coat and I was told I’m “lucky” they took me because there’s other people. I’m “lucky” that they took a paying customer. When I said that’s not appropriate the lady mouthed off to me and said no that I am lucky she’s doing my ONE broken nail that I’m paying. Everytime I have come into this establishment it takes more than 3hrs for ONE full set. They mouth off and disrespect paying customers, they pick and choose how much they want to charge and think they’re in the right when I can do better nails with my eyes closed and no hands. Don’t come here if you want to be used a test dummy.

I got a pedicure here and while the lady was nice and I liked the way my toes looked, she cut too deep into the sides on my big toes with her clippers and they’ve been sore and one is swollen (possibly infected) for the last 3 days. Will not be coming back. Waxing, Pedicure
