If I could give this place no stars I would. My sister and I went for my birthday to get a pedicure which we don’t get to do very often. We waited and then finally my pedicure was done by a woman who was nice and did a decent job on my shellac pedicure.. my sister had an older man who did her pedicure (didn’t massage her feet or legs) and redid her shellac 4 TIMES.. 4 TIMES and didn’t tell her or explain to her what was going on just kept taking the polish off with the drill and putting it back on. Then we had other plans and told him to just forget the polish because we didn’t have an extra 45 min to sit there while he messed up over and over again. While we checked out to pay the manager got involved and still insisted she pay for the pedicure? Which was beyond me.. horrible customer service she ended up having to pay $40 still for the horrible service she got. I will NEVER return to this place. The worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.. there are many other nail salons in Abilene I would try anywhere else before this place.

I would give negative stars if I could. The worst business I have ever done business with. I don’t usually do reviews but when the business treats people the way they treated me, people need to know. They tried to redo my toes 4x and still couldn’t do it, like what is the problem? Then I ended up leaving because I had somewhere to be. Didn’t expect to be there 2 hours for a pedicure that I didn’t fully get. I complained to the manager, he did not care at all, still made me pay. Then I called up there to complain and they put the phone down and never returned. Do NOT go there unless you want to give a donation to nothing.

New customer. Got the $50 Pedi. Could’ve did better with the massage, but I will make sure to speak up next time. Other than that, service was Great, Toes look GREAT, and the overall atmosphere is Welcoming. Will be returning and making this my GO-TO for services. ☺️

Took my daughter and 3 granddaughters and they treated us like royalty. They were extremely busy and got us right in with our apartment we had made. Very Friendly. Will definitely be going back

I will not be going back. Had nails done and they were coming off before a week was up. Paid to much money for that to happen in such a short time. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place or the guy. Manicure

Walked in about 1045 on a Thursday morning and was able to be seated and get my set of nails as soon as I had picked my color! Overall, great job. I plan to be back. Also, if you visited Sexy Nail while they were beside Drug Emporium, this is the same business, they moved.
