Good hours and good nail technicians. Recently I’ve been going to Lisa. I love that she understands me it is able to offer me suggestions. She’s been doing nails for many years and it shows in her work. I recently moved and was looking for a different nail person that was closer.

I have been going to this nail salon for several years because their pricing is very fair and acrylics are nice. However, I have had a few rude encounters with staff that made me very uncomfortable and upset. One of the male techs I had, asked me if I had bumped my nail on the side when I went to cure my nails. To be honest, I did not understand his accent very well and I just said yes because I get very anxious in social settings. He then checked my nail and then shouted at me, asking why I said yes and called me dumb. I understand it was my mistake for saying yes, but the experience of being yelled at in the middle of a completely filled nailed salon was extremely jarring. Everyone stared and I felt completely humiliated and embarrassed. I especially don’t think it was appropriate because I am a teen. He also did not personally finish my nails after this, and made another lady finish them for me. I cried in the car after leaving and I have not gone to any nail salon for almost half a year because my anxiety flares up whenever I think about it. This nail salon was a favorite of mine, and I always used to recommend it to my friends, but the staff have been rude, mean, and belittling that I no longer wish to return to this establishment.

They do nails terribly and clumpy. Don’t even try to make them look pretty. They don’t follow directions as well. I asked for long nails and gave me somewhat short nails. I paid $60 for them. Never again Acrylic nails

The reviews regarding rudeness here are 100% dead on. I’ve seen other clients nails here and they look beautiful. I have acrylic nails and needed a fill in. The technician I had however, Kevin, was a little rude and didn’t seem as talented. He told me they don’t do ombre there. I was asked what color and when I told him I was never offered a sleeve of colors he seemed irritated. Every nail is shaped differently. I’m not happy with the service I was provided. It absolutely was a rushed sloppy fill in. The plus side is This salon is very clean, modern & beautiful. There are a lot of nail technicians working and availabile. I would hope that the admin or whomever reads these reviews really takes the time to listen to what the clients are saying and not just respond like bullies as I’ve read in previous reviews. At the end of the day we are all human, and look forward to improving what we can abut ourselves and business’. Thank you.

The nail salon workers are so rude, impatient, and they take advantage of you. I do not recommend coming here at all. The employees make you feel like you are a burden and you are an inconvenience to them. The owner only makes it worse by being sarcastic and blaming you for a mistake the employee made “ you made us take off the French because you didn’t like it” not because the employee did it WRONG. They over charge you and make up pricing on the spot as they go. I feel completely disrespected and so embarrassed having to have an argument with the owner in the middle of the salon being completely packed. It is sad. I was completely respectful and nice to the people and was refused a refund on a serve I didn’t even get. Please don’t go here.

I have gone to sexy nail spa in the past I didn’t like their attitudes the workers there I went back because they do pretty good nails couple of times I had Billy no personality no character and he’s not very nice, he is also rude! Then I had I believe his name was B, his attitude was terrible, it seemed like I felt uncomfortable with him because I felt like he didn’t like me or something I don’t know, then I went back again last month I had Nina she seem to be nice but hardly spoke No English and then I went back to her again matter fact the other day big mistake since she didn’t speak well English and did not answer my questions it seem like I was repeating myself because I wanted to make sure they came out right away I wanted them because the first time she did OK but not exactly like I said and this time I wanted to make sure, and then she said oh my God after! Like i was annoying her! So I’m like OK don’t bite so after all this I don’t think I’m gonna be back to them.., then again there is one lady i noticed she wears glasses seemed pretty pleasant with her customers and spoke english, maybe i can try her next. bottom line these people need to treat their customers with some respect and gratitude

I have been getting gel manicures and a pedicure for years at this point. My normal salon was closed so after looking at the reviews I came here. This place gave me the WORST gel manicure I have ever had. Not only did I feel rushed the entire time- the process normally takes about two hours, fingers and toes- I was done way before that, but the nail tech (and I use that term loosely) filed all of my fingers crooked and so short that even if I wanted to get them redone I can’t have them change the shape. Then she globbed the nail polish onto my fingers and didn’t clean them up after. And to make matters worse after spending 50$ on my nails, the polish came off the next day. I got them done before a trip I’m going on, and now I have to spend more money to get them redone. So thank you for barely doing half of the job. Will never go here again

Lisa is very rude. Always telling me “relax, relax” with an attitude. Someone needs to check her. When her other clients come in, she is nice to them but not me, it’s giving racist. As I was walking out, she was talking about me to her other client don’t do that say it to my face. I don’t want to go back to her, I tried to be nice but she kept giving me the cold shoulder. So when I gave her an attitude back it was a problem. Please tell her she needs to be more kind to her clients, especially the ones she never had before because she leaves a bad taste in their mouth.

Went for a regular pedicure and got some sort of infection or fungus after.. assuming it was from dirty tools they must’ve used. It doesn’t seem like they clean or use new tools in between customers. Also, when I was there the manager made a rude comment to a customer which lead to a full blown argument in the middle of the salon. He should be embarrassed! Do not recommend & will never be back here.

HORRIBLE!! I don’t NOT recommend coming to this place not only are they EXTREMELY rude they also rush through the services I came here wanting to treat myself to a nice soothing day and instead was welcomed with attitude and irritation. I got a mani pedi and during my pedicure I asked if there is closer color to my nails and was laughed at and rolling eyes also a couple of my nails are cooked super unhappy with my experience absolutely will not return 0/10 🙁
