If I could give this place half of a star I would (and they don’t even deserve that). This is the absolute worse nail place I have ever visited, and I have been to a few questionable places. Nail techs are not friendly at all, they are rude. There is no warm greeting when you enter but rather a “What do you want?” I had dip nail powder so needed to soak. They left me soaking for 20+ minutes until someone was free to take me. The nail tech I had was not a woman of many words and seemed like she was not very well trained. I had also requested for someone to do my eyebrows, same person who did my nails did my eyebrows and they were so awful I had to fix them myself when I got home. Flash forward to the next day – the edges of my nails are razor sharp, the shape is rather uneven, the dip is chipping off and my nails are breaking. $49 down the drain. Now I have to go in the same week to another place to fix the damage that was caused here. This place needs a little lesson in customer service and needs better trained nail techs. DO NOT COME HERE!

nice people but my nails came out pretty messy. only put 3 because i’ve been there before and it came out great but today didn’t like it. at least 5 of my nails were not filed straight and there’s nail polish all around the sides and cuticles of my nail.
