I’m so upset by my experience there. I saw good reviews but I think the woman that did my nails was not experienced. She didn’t speak English so another worker was interpreting. The interpreter said she couldn’t do a design so I asked her if she could do an ombre like she had on her nails. She said she could. When she started doing it I noticed the first red flag, which was that she was doing a pulling motion with the sponge instead of tapping. After she did the first one I asked her if that was how it was going to look, she said yes. It looked bad so I told her to take it off and just do one color. She said no, it will look better after the glitter layer is on. I let her continue. I asked the interpreter if she had ever done an ombre and she said “oh yeah! She’s the beat!” I knew she was BSing. I told her to tell the woman that was doing my nails that she shouldn’t pull the polish with the sponge and should dab. I really felt bad about this but I because they’re supposed to be the professionals but honestly at this point it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. They ignored me and continued. Now I’m going to have to spend money somewhere else getting them re-done.

If you are coming here, Please ask for the name “Linda”. She does it so well, I got a manicure and pedicure from atleast 3 employees here. But please don’t ask for the guy. I seen their nail art in the window, thought I would give them a try. Got cat eyes for both feet and hands, it was quick and beautifully done. Eyelashes, and brows done all for $140, that also included a nice tip. I will be going from now on Pedicure, Manicure, Eyelash extensions, Gel manicures

Critical: QualityI went here to get acrylics, but the guy that did them, He cut my cuticle so much and made it bleed a lot and then instead of wiping it up, he put a big drop of nail polish remover on it and he kept cutting them and saying “don’t worry, won’t do it again” but then he kept doing it and now they are infected. They are also very bulky. I went here to get acrylics, but the guy that did them, He cut my cuticle so much and made it bleed a lot and then instead of wiping it up, he put a big drop of nail polish remover on it and he kept cutting them and saying “don’t worry, won’t do it again” but then he kept doing it and now they are infected. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure. Not sure what her name was but I asked her how much that would be and she told me $28. I think she misunderstood me because she ended up charging me $28 just to get the acrylics removed and she didn’t do a good job. Three of my nail beds were bleeding and I didn’t even end up getting the manicure because she said I needed to let my nails heal. It was too painful and not worth $28. I know acrylics are hard to take off and sometimes maybe one will bleed, but 3?? Other places usually soak them to take them off, she just cut and pried them off with a separate acrylic nail. Alright, the prices are great, I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, plus I treated my friend to a regular pedicure and only paid $70!! But the skin on both my hands and feet around the nails looks dry. This never happens to me when I get a mani and pedi. I’m always so happy with how long my skin looks moisturized afterwards. That didn’t happen here. ♀️

The prices are great and best in the area. The beauticians are friendly and do not push to give you more than what you came in for. The atmosphere could use a renovation and some fans to circulate the air. It can get really busy and smelly from cosmetic chemicals and can leave you with a headache. It’s not so bad when not busy. They have a crazy collection of colors, glitters, and nail art to choose from. Ms. Ivy is very sweet and did a great job.
