I picked out a polish, got right to the chair for a pedicure. They pushed for a deluxe pedicure. Then they pushed for another color. When what they thought was a good idea for color didn’t work. Painted a whole different color then I originally picked out. After looking at my toes I realized a little kid could have done them better. Would not suggest them!

Positive: QualityI was in search of a nail salon that was open on a Sunday evening. I never noticed this place out of all these years until I googled a nail salon near me that’s open. They closed at 1800, and I walked in around 1720. They were kind enough to still perform services. I got a spa pedicure, gel polish removed from my hands, and new gel polish put on my hands. I went there and requested gel nail polish. I had a bad experience with Simon who cut me several times prior to this visit, so I requested another person, but was forced into going with him by the male owner. He proceeded to use powder which I didn’t ask for, then he kept saying ‘it’s better than gel.’ He was done in under 20mins.It was put on so thickly that after 5 days my nails were lifting off. I went back on day 5, and showed them the nails and explained the situation. They said they can redo for full price, I said no; then they said half price, I said no; then they wanted to stick it with glue. I adamantly refused and asked that another person redo my nails. They said no. I left very upset. They are very rude and only interested in taking your money and not providing service. I will never be returning there again and no amount of water or fruit snacks will entice me. BEWARE!!!!!
