They got to my appointment five minutes early, and even stayed open an extra thirty minutes for my nails to cure. Came back to Sexy Nails and I am loving the new black white and gold marble design that Helen did, perfect for the concert I am going to this weekend. After I left, I went to finish some errands, and everyone was admiring and complimenting them which felt really nice. Thank you Helen! Looking forward to what we do next 🙂

I’ve been going to this sexy nails for a while now at first I wasn’t that happy the lady did my nails I forget her name, not happy with her at all and she’s not very friendly either, then I had Andy do my nails pretty quiet. I think he’s great he does them exactly how you want them I do recommend Andy❤️ Gel manicures

This place is seriously the worst. I made an appointment at 6:00 and when I got there they made me soak my nails right away which I appreciated until I was left soaking my nails in a bowl of acetone for almost 20 minutes. My fingers became numb and were pealing and I was told to keep soaking them despite me telling them that. Their response was “you shouldn’t do powder then you should do gel it’s easier to soak off”. This is NOT true no place has ever made me soak for over 20 minutes. A week later my powder manicure is peeling, chipping and all my nails are uneven. Would never recommend this place to anyone it is outdated and the customer service is awful. Maybe also hire more than 2 employees.

This place is terrible!!!! Almost everyone who work there is rude! I felt so uncomfortable I would never go back! Very unprofessional and I was unhappy when they finished my nails on top they had a few people doing my nails one filed one painted my nails…like they was learning. If I can give a 0 review I would! They do rush jobs and cut corners! Lyn stopped half way through my pedicure to do another lady’s pedicure and had me just sitting there like is this really happening right now??! Yep it was! Worse customer service! Scheduled an appointment online to be texted later in the night that I needed to call in the morning. I called in the morning and showed up to then be told my appointment was canceled. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL PPL. Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I’ve been going to this place for about 17 years, I called ahead for a reservation for 3:30 pm and it was almost 4:00 PM and i was still waiting patiently because I work in retail and know what it’s like for a place to be busy and how things run in a business. Im a blind waiter at a Diner in Bergen county, recently have gotten a lot of PR from the press and am just a human being like everyone else. While i was waiting patiently a rude women who came when the place was already closed when the hours are shown on google saying it closes at 4:00, she started to being nasty towards the young lady Lynn who i have known for a very long time and she didn’t even stick up for herself and let it go. She claimed to be a lawyer which added nothing to the situation, and for an educated lawyer she should know no better herself. Due to the door being open for the remaining customers to be able to leave she tried to use that as a point to badger Lynn. These people have been nothing but amazing and kind through the many years I’ve been a patron, the older gentleman always greets everyone with a sincere hello when you walk in, People should always learn to overlook the little things and get to know one another before they go harassing the hardworking workers that always give a smile even at very stressful times.

I went here to get my nails removed and it was the worse experience ever they literally ripped them off with a nail tip I had to tell the person doing this to stop so many times because it was so painful never again !!! Worse service waited 45 mins to get nails ripped off !!! Synthetic nail removal
