Critical: ProfessionalismFirst things first. I’ve been here before and the time before last was a bad experience too. I just figured my nail tech was having a bad day but after the way I was treated yesterday it’s literally every day it seems. The girl who did my nails was upset that I don’t cut my acrylic nails, slamming the box of nails down and not listening to anything I was asking her. She overcharged me after the owner told her my set was $75 and I still tipped and she cut my finger with the drill. She was being extremely rough as well with my hands and rushed the whole process. I wouldn’t be surprised if these nails break. I’m giving 2 stars because Hannah, Sean, and the girl with the blonde hair who only does pedicures are the best to get services from every single time. But this shop needs to evaluate the kind of people they have working there. I just figured my nail tech was having a bad day but after the way I was treated yesterday it’s literally every day it seems.
