It took a long while to decide but here I am…as I hate to see anyone else have the same bad experience. I was reluctant because the girls were in fact friendly however I am very disappointed in the service. The only good part of wasting time a nd money here was just that, friendly staff. Unfortunately being friendly is only a small fraction of the overall. Everything else was as bad as it gets. I’ve been to many of these places and this is by far the worst. Over priced for half arse service to name the top huge issues I experienced. I’m very surprised these people have return customers if they even do. I’d never return nor will I refer anyone. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my friend both got a gel mani-pedi and they were making fun of my friends natural nails. They are extremely overpriced, our total was $208 with the bare minimum and no massage and we had scabs after because they made our cuticles bleed. They are so unprofessional they snatched money from my friend and said “we’ll keep this for our tip”. A day later our gel started bubbling up and came off within a week. Me and my friend both got a gel mani-pedi and they were making fun of my friends natural nails. They are extremely overpriced, our total was $208 with the bare minimum and no massage and we had scabs after because they made our cuticles bleed. They use Gelish nail polish for their get nails, which is tge same o have at home. The pedicure i got this morning is already ruined, but the girl was nice. Also, the place looks messy (clean but messy) and seriously understaffed.I don’t feel it’s fair to pay 60dls for something i could have done myself at home.

I had been going to this place for over a year …. sometimes my nails chipped within hours of going and paying 40-45$ just for gel polish and chrome . Prices varied with techs … the owner IS EXTREMELY RUDE and unfriendly . Her husband is nice he tries to attend the custumer but they are selective who to service … I cannot stress how rude they are … the Hispanic women working there are the only ones that present custumer service skills … they other ones don’t care to let you wait over 2 hours without asking what you want to have done they’ve bounced me from nail tech to nail tech … some nail techs are great and this salon has the most nail colors but they need to work on their custumer service…. with the last incident I will not be going here anymore.. EXTREmlY RUDEEEE ….
