I’ve been going to this place for years, sad to leave but I walked in on a Wednesday during business hours just to be told that they were close because she was by herself and doing the customers that was already there, she wouldn’t be able to leave at 8pm… yikes. I have gotten some waxing and threading, and the girls are really good at what they do. The only reason for 3 stars is because they talk to eachother while working and it’s usually about other people ( not the customers , their friends or other coworkers ). The times I have been there they haven’t said anything terrible but it’s still a bit odd to hear about how someone makes their rotis in the morning and not during mornings and evenings while I’m being threaded or while waiting.

First time here and disappointed…I wanted to try it out based on the reviews but Yasmeen left me with a disappointing experience. I was asked about getting a facial based on my “extremely” dry face. I politely declined being my first time I wanted just my eyebrows. After I declined the service, I felt like Yasmeen just didn’t put any effort into my eyebrows. She just quickly finished and said “I’m done…” I was in shock she asked if I wanted a facial once again and I declined. I was confused why she was not adding aloe Vera, lotion or at least clean my brows with a tissue. I still had hairs so my brows did not look clean at all. I hope this reviews helps the customer service at this business.

I have been supporting this business for years since it was inside of Walmart and went by Seva. The customer service has gotten worse each time. I have given most of the employees a chance to do my threading and some are more detailed and some are just careless. I know alot of ppl would only stick to one person, but for this reason its fair to say my review reflects the overall experience. In my last visit I requested threading and declined an additional service, after declining the employee threaded 2 more times and was suddenly done. Did not show me the outcome as usual with a mirror, talked in her language and laughed with other employees. As I’m at the counter waiting to pay she is thinking of things to say to make up for the lack of customer service like she is working for an undeserved tip and did not apply any of the coupon codes that I have accrued throughout time, which is fine because I will never come back. There’s been way too many incidents that I don’t have time to write about on how careless they have been. There are other threading companies nearby that have a better comforting environment with more professional employees.

Girls are very friendly and talented. I have not had a bad experience with anyone. They are also quick and do a very good job at threading.
