Bree is professional and made my hair look really good that I had at least 3 complements from strangers after I had left. The lady who washed my hair did a very good job. Critical: ProfessionalismI went here for crotchet braids but couldn’t finish the style because the braids were too tight. Bree initially offered to redo them but when I followed up as told she avoided me then said she didn’t want to do my hair anymore. Not even to honor her original promise. And didn’t offer any refund. Made up every excuse and lie b/c she never intended to redo my hair but told me I could book another full-price appointment for another style. Just money hungry and no real concern for clients. I don’t care about a slay; if the morals aren’t there, I don’t want it. She did everything I needed; trimmed my ends, let my buy hair from her (you should still bring your own don’t be like me lol) and gave me a slick ponytail with a bang exactly how i wanted!
