If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My experience was superior from the moment I walked through the doors. I was greeted by Anna who was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming! She made the in-take process seamless and quick, all while helping with any questions along the way. Next, I saw Jenna who performed my first treatment of laser hair removal. She also was friendly, professional and informative. She was thorough with not only the explanation of the treatment, but also after care instructions. Jenna took the time to go through any questions or concerns I had and was sure to set the machine to a comfortable level. The treatment was virtually painless and she was amazingly quick. I can’t wait to continue my treatments and add on other areas. I’m looking forward to enjoying more services this office has to offer!

Careful! They have two different locations and they are 20 min away from each other. I drove down from Baltimore to Annapolis for my appointment and I had to drive back 20min to severna park where it really was. The email they were going to send me with information was never sent so I could only show up in the place that Google maps say.
