Went to Megan Lafountian to get an all over color for myself & highlite for my 15yr old daughter. 1st time we were happy with services, 2nd time however we were not. My daughter wanted more blond & Megan said we could come back and she would fix it…….. she also charged us for her mistake. Over $400 later both of our hair was not what we asked for. Called owner, who stated that they rent their chairs & if “Megan wouldn’t make it right, I guess I’ll have to”. Megan then started texting me and was rude, pushy and unprofessional. I told her have a great day we are good. She then apologized and said she would fix it for free. I agreed, she then came back a day later via text and stated she couldn’t get us in until after Christmas. Inexcusable, given it was end of October?!?!? Who wants to suffer with messed up hair for months much less over the holidays? Not to mention after paying over $400 ?!? Two other visits to a new salon they are STILL trying to get rid of the orange smudge root Megan did!!! I would never go back and do not recommend.

This is a newer salon but many of the ladies have worked in the area for a while. I never have a bad thing to say when leaving. They are great priced and great quality. They even have stylist that work with Diva Curls, which I have recommended to many of my friends. The place is adorable and you can tell the owner is putting her heart into that salon. Continued customer and my kids will be too!
