Start off it was exceptionally clean, the attendance were very professional and respectful. The snack and snack could use a little bit of work. But overall it was a generally pleasant experience going into the spa going into the two different rooms and enjoying a full relaxing session.

I really enjoyed my facial and massage which is why I give my experience 2 stars. From check in until I left was not a relaxing experience. Our reservation for services were messed up at check in, only 1 of my three services were actually booked. This day was booked 2 weeks in advanced for my birthday present. What should have been 3 to 5 hours at the spa turned into 8 hours there and 3 hours of actual spa time. My day ended with a mani pedi which was subpar. The kid doing it was anxiously looking at the clock the entire time and the shape my nails were filed to are pretty wonky and uneven. To make it even better they messed up billing my boyfriend’s credit card when he paid earlier in the day and I had to put what was my birthday present on my credit card. For my first day at a spa or this casino this was not a great experience and I won’t be suggesting it to anyone.
