My first time here. I was so impressed with the decor and ambiance and knowing that the owner, Fay, had done the work herself with her husband. I felt like I walked into a 5 Star resort spa. Her customer service is exceptional – from making an appointment to greeting you. My massage therapist was Lisa – phenomenal – from the head scalp massage to the relaxing Swedish massage. My step-daughter had Vanessa and she said she was wonderful, too. I will definitely return. I also appreciated the early-bird discount -I hadn’t expected it.

This is the nicest massage place I have been to since Dallas. The place just opened up with the nicest people ready to meet your massage needs. The decorations in the lobby… a seven tiered chandelier… gotta see for yourself. Then the have a huge room with these massive chairs to sit in while getting a foot massage…. I play with the settings then about fall asleep. Then it’s time for my massage in one of their “themed” rooms. You have got to let them work on your with the Swedish or deep tissue or get or something just to ask for a tour of the rooms! So clean and nice but then you notice fish swimming across the wall or in another there’s a tree in the corner like your outside and the couples room is so romantic with all the cherry tree leaves hanging down the entire ceiling! Guys. Get your girl and take her here. She will love you forever!

My husband and I were amazed when we walked into Seven Falls. They did an incredible job with the design and decoration, we felt like we were transported to unique, serene world as soon as we stepped inside. The owner welcomed us and was very kind and appreciative of our visit, even helped us prepare for our massage with their branded spa slippers, which (spoiler…) we got to take home!

The massage itself was nice. This was my first time getting a massage post-baby and it was a birthday treat from my husband. The awkward part was the end. I was very relaxed and the receptionist/owner(?) said that next time they require a 20% tip minimum for services. I had tipped cash 15%. She said tips is how they make their living so they need 20% minimum. I thought it was extremely rude and ruined my experience. They need to look up the definition of gratuity. Adjust prices accordingly so a 20% minimum tip isn’t a requirement. I was excited at first to have found this new local business, but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

I will be back! The receptionist was very welcoming and warm, and they have coffee, water, and candy in the lobby! The spa is so relaxing—the dark calming ambiance with blue mood lighting and sound bath tunes make you feel like you might be under water! I went in for the Ocean Wrap—it is AWESOME! You lay on a bed of hot stones, and they wrap you in foil for 40 minutes to sweat out as much as you can. It’s not the most comfortable to be cocooned, but it’s worth it. I felt SO good afterward, and it really preps and relaxes you for the amazing massage that comes after. Overall fantastic experience from arrival to departure!

My girlfriend gave me a 30 minute foot massage as a gift. It was awesome! My therapist Kevin applied the perfect amount of pressure and the massage chair that I sat in reclined, and it was the best massage chair I have ever experienced. I definitely recommend this place!

On a whim during work I decided I wanted a massage. I have been looking high and low for a great massage spot and I think I have found it! Seven Falls is located in a shopping plaza in Lake Forest and once you enter their doors, you are transported into a tranquil, ambient paradise. The staff is fantastic and customer service is beyond! My first time there but definitely not my last. I prefer a more ASMR type of massage. I got the 60 minute swedish with peppermint scalp massage add on. I noted to the masseuse that I prefer very light, soft. The massage was perfect! The scalp massage was pleasant but I think I will request a softer touch next time. Not a big deal as I only specified for my swedish massage. Overall, this place is everything and more! My masseuse was Rinda and she was great! I even met Fei, the owner. She gave me a first time customer discount and a free Seven Falls tumbler! I highly recommend and will be back very soon!
