I purchased a Groupon for my wife to get a 90-minute massage. The day of her appointment, she got sick and had to cancel. I called and left a voice message advising she had to cancel and wanted to reschedule. I left my phone number, but no call back. I called three more times and left voice messages and still no call back. I sent a letter to the business with no response.
