Very disappointed with how the salon is becoming!! I’ve been coming here over a year to get my lashes done. Not anymore!!! I went Saturday and by Monday half of one of my lashes was falling off!!! Went back to get it fixed and the tech dropped a huge glob of the black glue in my blonde hair and did not say anything!!!!!! I get it, accidents happen, but at least something instead of letting me walk around with it and other hair getting stuck to it!!!!! Smh

I always go to Sevas salon to get my eyebrows threaded. They always do an amazing job no matter who does them. They are VERY affordable (only cost $9) and very caring. The only thing I don’t like is that they push sales on you but I understand it’s their job but I wish they wouldn’t keep pushing after the first no. Regardless, recommend

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf you are looking to get your eyebrows done here Do not come here ! I use to come here all the time the old staff was great but They are hiring new people and letting them practice on your eyes brows with is completely unprofessional and just wrong. She took 10 minutes to thred my eyebrow and kept going back and forth trying to correct her mistake. This only made them thinner. I’m very very upset as I’ve been growing out my eye brows for months for a vacation. If you are looking to get your eyebrows done here Do not come here ! I use to come here all the time the old staff was great but They are hiring new people and letting them practice on your eyes brows with is completely unprofessional and just wrong. She took 10 minutes to thred my eyebrow and kept going back and forth trying to correct her mistake. This only made them thinner. You tell them what you want, but they do what they want to do. I explained I like my eyebrows to look thick but lady thinned them out. I explained I like my eyebrows to look thick but lady thinned them out. I went in for lashes for my first time ever for my birthday bash weekend! The young lady was very nice, but I’m sad to say that my lashes were falling off in 3 days. Also day 2 you could see all the glob of glue on lashes!! Iwas easily able to pull them off. These were supposed to last for 2 weeks the store claims I followed all the rules of not getting water on them or steam from shower, etc. Don’t waste your money.

I haven’t gotten my thick brows threaded in awhile to let my skin heal from acne. My brows were done by Ms.Salima and she was very gentle with my skin. I barely felt anything and would definitely recommend her if you have sensitive skin.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, never had such a bad experience like this. I have been to this place twice before and had a fair experience. This time there was a new girl who did my eyebrows, it was so painful and she was pulling the thread so hard it tore on my face three times and one of the time her spit filled thread fell on my cheek. If that wasn’t enough I came home and realized she actually cut my skin open in several spots with her thread popping on my skin.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! My regular eyebrow lady is out of the country for the summer so I had to just go to any hair removal salon. Thank God I walked into Walmart and saw them running a special! I’d never had my eyebrows threaded before because I always wax them, BUT WOWEE! THREADING IS AMAZING AND FARIDA WAS AWESOME AND SO QUICK WITH IT! I love my regular eyebrow lady but I honestly haven’t seen my brows be this popping in a longgggg time ! ALSO! Waxing my lip has always brought at least two tears to my eyes. Farida waxes my lip and it was the least painful I’d ever had in my life. She even went back and threaded off pieces left behind. Wonderful visit and I will definitely be returning for at least the rest of the summer. Maybe forever for my brows and lip and my wax lady for all my down belows
