Seemed more interested in getting paid than doing a good job. My eyebrows weren’t even when I was done but I wasn’t going to let them further mess them up by trying to fix it. Luckily, they will grow back. Keep your money. There’s a reason they are in Walmart. Spend a little more and go elsewhere for quality work.

Recently went to get my brows waxed. First time client and last!!! When I arrived the girl was very nice. After I mentioned it was my first time there she was working so hard to get me to purchase a $25.00 gift card in order to get my brows done for free (guess she doesn’t understand free). Why would I spend additional money without knowing what type of customer service they provide. So I declined several times (too pushy) and had her do just my brows which had not been done in a long time. She did it quickly and missed obvious stuff that I had to clean up myself (the whole reason I went there). Upon completing my brows she pushed for my upper lip which didn’t need to be done at all!!!!

This is the best place to go and get your eyes done. The ladies that work here are always courteous, kind and professional. I have been to several places that do what they do and they are the best at what they do. If you want your eyebrows, eyelashes, waxing done by experienced people, this is the place to go.

First time undecided to get my lashes done and they were ok. My right eyelid was slightly irritated and then the lash fell off. Went back today for a fix and the woman who did my lashes did not understand English well. I kept trying to explain to her that my left eye was fine, it was the right eye that needed to be fixed and fuller. Her co-workers stood there and heard me say this repeatedly with no resolution. I ended up just leaving. It was 5.00 but dang, listen to your client and look at my lashes. You’re supposed to make sure they match one another. Disappointed.

Archana at this Location is an absolute delight ..she is very pleasant , very sweet and does an excellent job. I have been going to her for 5 yrs. Her hands are very light when it comes to threading. Whole body waxing or legs, or Brazilian is an almost painless experience. I give her 5 stars. I recommend her to Everyone.
