I’ve been going here for years and it seems the service has progressively become worse and worse. Previously I’ve seen people arguing with techs over ruined brows and I always thought “not me”. Well it was me. Twice! The first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today I went at four and they close at five. The older tech was arguing with another customer as to why she doesn’t do eye lashes during her last hour. I felt she was very distracted. My brows were not only shaped super thin when I only asked her to shape them, but I was bleeding which NEVER has happened before. Totally UNSATISFIED. I Paid because I did not want to cause problems but I WILL NEVER be going back. They will never get another dime from me!!
