The younger associate rushed, spoke to a co worker the entire time in their language, who was standing directly beside her the entire time, she didn’t listen to what I wanted and started threading my lip when I asked for a wax. She was very rough, just really disappointing with the service, then had the nerve to ask about a tip. I’ve had good service here many times, but this young lady was the worst with a bad attitude to top it off.

I usually only go here to get my eyebrows threaded but I went on NYE and didn’t really have time to make additional stops to get my nails done as the wait to get my eyebrows threaded was already 30 min. So I decided to get a mani pedi while I waited. They have a pedi and no chip for 50.. decently priced I thought as most shops around here are 60+$$$.. you get what you pay for! First off, the Asian looking lady who is actually Russian, started my no chip. I picked my color, she started my mani, and she critiqued every little thing about my nails. Do I bite my nails, did I cut my own cuticles etc etc.. I noticed the designs on her table and asked how much she said 2 nails for $5. I SAID OK. she proceeds to paint a design that looks like my 5 year old could do better. Then she placed a pink powder over this white design when I have brown nails.. why? And then she tried to add glitter. Well the rest of my nails were not completely dry so of course these flecks settled on some of my nails. Did she remove them? No. I told her that the design pretty much looked bad and asked her to just paint it the same so she got upset that she had to fix it. So my nails in end, are pretty messed up and to top it off 2 days later, my no chip…CHIPPED.

The lady who works here, I believe her name is Hema is the most miserable looking person I have ever met. She never smiles and looks like she wants to gauge your eyeballs out. The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest to my house and they do a decent job. But seriously, this woman needs an attitude check. She doesn’t even give you a proper ‘thank you’ for tipping!! Feel sorry for the people who have to be around her!!

I would rate this place better if it weren’t for the owner treating her employees like slave labor. I have been in there several times, and even though it didn’t always get acknowledged for any undeserving loyalty. This last time, was the LAST time. The owner makes the employees baby sit her kids, every time I am in there, there is either discussion about watching her teenage daughter who roams around Wal Mart or this last time she made the girl (who I would like to add was very sweet, paid attention to detail, and was too good for that place-Aida with a law background) stop in the middle of my manicure and go get her other daughter from daycare b/c she did not want to pay the additional fees. This apparently was a routine practice. The other girl asked me if I could wait until she went to go pick her up and then come back. Mind you it is never under 2 hours when I am in there, for a pedi/mani and I was hungry had a raging headache and I said I was here long enough, well that didn’t matter she made her go anyway. The girl who was all by her self that usually did the eyebrows had to pick up where she left off, and was trying to do everything, in the mean time she spilt a bottle of nail polish all over my Vera Wang purse then proceeded on wiping it away with nail polish remover. Needless to say it ruined my purse, I will not even call the owner, because I am sooooo mad, I will never set foot in there again. Half the time they would not even acknowledge you as you just stand there. If your going there for a bargain well your time is worth more and now I lost an expensive purse….TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

She messed up my sisters eyebrows basically took half of her eyebrows off and when my sister asked for the mirror they wouldn’t give it to her then when she did look in the mirror half of her eyebrows were off my sister didn’t want to pay for messed up eyebrows so they kicked her out and banned her from the store
