I typically have great results however yesterday she took way too much off. I wish I could remember her name. I just wanted them cleaned up. They are so thin I regret having them done. I have my birthday in 3 weeks and can’t regrow them until after now. Please don’t assume someone wants you to reshape. People will ask for a reshape. I just wanted to have them cleaned up.

I went in today and the person I usually go to get my eyebrows wasn’t in so I sat with Arichna. Based on my past experiences I specifically told her to just clean up, not touch the shape. Well… she went ahead anyway and she took waayyyy too much hair from one of eyebrows. When I told her she Instead of apologizing started saying this is how my eyebrows are and refused to listen to anything. I was literally growing out my eyebrows from the last time they did this and now here I go again. Thanks a lot!

Worst place I have ever been to get eyelashes put on. Normally I go to seva in Batavia and I love them been going for about 1 year or 2 now but decide to try this seva in Montgomery il because they are closer to me. Well my eyelashes came off that day about 4 hours later I went back they would not give me any of my money back only would redo it for me so I let them,… the lady that redid them was not very friendly and they again came off that night in all one peace! I am not happy and I will never go back!!
