If i could give zero stars i would. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been to this location prior. Upon walking in, the lady barked at me to have a seat then when i asked her for a simple eyebrow cleaning she told me i have “no hair” and my eyebrows are “cut up” then pushed my head aggressively to show her coworker who walked over just to criticize my eyebrows too. Like i came here for a service, not your unsolicited disrespectful opinions and rude manners. They lost another customer. Never coming here again.

So clumsy and unclean. The lady had wax on her fingers and it dripped on me and she didn’t even bother to tell me until I noticed it she acted as she did nothing. I don’t even wax I thread and know the wax won’t come off thank you for ruining my $150 dress. And they definitely don’t bother to sanitize

My second and last time here, The ladies that work here have the nastiest attitude ever, as she’s threading my eyebrows she tells me your left eyebrow is messed up, who ever did your eyebrows last messed them up, I told her that she was the one that did my eyebrows last (about 3 weeks before) she then starts yelling at me “no it wasn’t me I’ve never done your eyebrows before if you want I can check the cameras don’t say it was me”.. she then proceeds to talk about me to her coworker in their Indian language all I understood was the word camera, I didn’t even know that my left brow was messed up until she said it, if she doesn’t remember me from last time that’s on her, but she called herself out and offended herself and then starts talking about me in Hindi, WORST Place Ever, Be prepared to get cussed out in their native language if you come here.

The ladies that work here have a disgusting attitude, Basically they do whatever service they want, if you want thick eyebrows they’ll fight you and make them thinner, if you want light tint on your eyebrows they start yelling at you and tell you that the darker is better and they make fun of people in their language, and they’re always yelling at customers, you can’t ask or explain what you want they will fight you and do what they want to your face/Brows.

I’ve done my eyebrows here multiple times and to the point where I noticed they ruined my eyebrow shape and was noticeable to many people I was angry so I found a different place where I could get my eyebrows done and the second I stepped in her place she was angry she noticed how bad my eyebrows were and started right away and It’s going to be a long journey to get my eyebrows back in shape because one of my eyebrows is higher than the other because this place ruined it for me!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE A 0 IF I CAN!!!

Went in there to get a full face wax. Once she was done, she showed me and my face was all red and bumpy. She told me it was normal and that it was going to go away tomorrow. The next day my skin was super dry and i still had bumps and lots of red dots. She burned my pores now that i realized she did put the wax on me super hot. Today is day three and my face is still in bad conditions. All my pores are red and have white pus. I was going in there to get my new years face ready but now i’m scared to even show my face to others

Every single staff member is great at shaping or simply cleaning. They do not over work your brows and help advise you if you need growth or have shaping issues. Great prices for the service and always a quick trip! I get my eyebrows threaded here and am always pleased with the results. Their prices are very reasonable too.My favorite place been going here since they opened for business. I love them all.

As much as waxing hurts she made the experience even worse she seemed untrained. As well as ripping off my side burn when I asked her not to. Instead of apologizing she said “we do it for everyone”… I asked to keep it. I wouldn’t go back here again. Very unprofessional people. Ok so the ladies were very nice, however they need to go back into training the lady that did my brows did an ok job but babyyy when she did my lashes I think she used the whole bottle of glue. They look horrible I waited two days and finally just took them off and you guessed it, my real lashes are 90% gone. I allowed my daughter to get her eyebrows done for the 1st time and the older lady did them they look nice but they look like completely different brows it look horrible I felt bad for my daughter because it was 1st experience. I fixed them once we made it home the best I could. Even though the ladies are really nice sadly I’ll never go here again.
